Christmas Is Wherever You Are - new release holiday single!

Christmas Is Wherever You Are - single. Michele Womble. Album artwork
I am excited to finally be able to announce the release of my new Christmas single!   I wrote the lyrics for Christmas Is Wherever You Are in Siberia at Christmas in 2010.  Looking out my window, I began to write the words "Minus forty outside my window, enough snow to make up for..." then continued about being far away from family for Christmas. Recording began in 2013, but I ran into health problems that ended with my hysterectomy (in Siberia) at the end of that same year.  The work on the song went on the back burner, along with work on my third album (coming this spring, I hope).

This year I pulled it out and dusted it off and - at last - here it is!  Christmas Is Wherever You Are is already available on CD Baby, Amazon, and Spotify.  For those who prefer iTunes, it will be up soon and also should be available or coming soon to any of your favorite music platforms.

You can listen to a clip of it and some of my other songs on the music player in the sidebar, or if you are using a mobile device, click on the music player tab up top.  Enjoy!
